Fitbit versa not holding charge

Versa is showing 100% charge while connected to charger , it every syncs but when removed from charger it goes blank. When connected again 0% is displayed on screen. I have tried cleaning contacts, charging from different ports too. Any help??

Hi @LPraveenKumar , did you already tried to restart your Versa three times in a row (internal reset)? If yes, and the problem is not solved, please contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test. Regards kuzibri

How to restart when it's not switching on

Hi @LPraveenKumar , try the two button method, e.g. press and hold the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If that's not possible or working, you're sure to contact Customer Support. Regards kuzibri
