My Fitbit Versa is only 4 months old and has stopped charging.  I cleaned the charger and the actual Fitbit prongs with some rubbing alcohol to free both of any debris .... still not working.  What else can I do ?

Hi, @Ginandtonic! Have you tried plugging in the charger in an alternate location (eg pc instead of wall or vice versa)?

My fitbit versa also will not stay charged. It is a year old. I place it in the charging dock, it says its 100% charged, put it on my wrist and an hour later its dead. I have all notifications and bluetooth turned off. Help....please.

Thanks for trying to help but I actually just let it sit for a little after I cleaned it and than plugged it in again and somehow it charged !
