Yes it is. I have the samsung galaxy 8. And it was syncing till the last update when thru. Now it wont sync at all. And I have also restarted my versa, and reinstalled fit bit app.
Best AnswerYes, that one should work. Try all the suggestions in the Help Article I linked above, even of they seem a bit petty. The weird little ones sometimes work!
