Fix stairs issue with the versa

Please can someone look into the versa counting a stagering number of stairs .  At least acknowledge the issue and let users know that you'll work towards finding a solution.

@13maria Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that your Versa is over counting stairs. How many does it count? Have you notice this happening at a specific time? The Versa uses the altimeter to detect variance in air pressure but there are some scenarios in which this can be reproduce. For example the ac in a close room, gusts of wind, stormy weather can be detected as atmospheric disturbances and could count floors. Additionally if you walk or drive through hilly terrain this may be counted as steps. Make sure none of these factors are affecting your Versa.

GM this is the 2nd versa that I have with this issue. I live in Florida
and here there are no elevations ☹️. When I leave the house in the morning
I have 2-3 stairs when I arrive at the office I'll have 18 - 20 some days
I'll have 30+ stairs. IDNK who to contact about this... hopefully you
will be able to to help.

I’m having the same issue. Anywhere from 5 - 20 EXTRA floors added. This did not happen with my Charge HR. Not even when worn on the same day at the same time. I don’t get it.
