I’m sorry to say it’s probably terminal. They replaced mine under warranty for it. I think it’s a battery/motherboard issue.

Best AnswerHi
This happened to my versa 2 with staticy lines on and off for couple of days then went totally black.
I recharged it over night not knowing what battery status was due to black screen.
Then held in the button for about 10 seconds until it vibrated. I could then just faintly make out the fitbit logo on the watch screen......just.
Noticed it was no longer connected to my Android fitbit app and no longer syncing. I tapped the top left hand icon of the app then opted to add new device.
Followed the screen prompts to "add" it in again. This took about 90 minutes as no internet. The progress bar was fully visible so was getting excited at this stage. Finally it then wanted to update firmware so followed the prompts. Then a few standard set-up options and what da yu know it worked. My versa 2 is now fully functional as it was previously.
Not saying this process will work for everyone but my versa 2 went from full static screen to totally black and useless to working perfectly. I'm not technical, just a user, these steps worked for me and I hope they work for you as well. Jazz
Best AnswerI'm on my 2nd versa 2. Same happened to my 1st one around 18m ago. I hadn't had that one too long so it was still covered by a 2 Yr warranty. The 2nd one is doing exactly the same but sadly they say warranty isn't 2 years on replacement so 2nd watch was just tagged on to original warranty which means it was only covered for around 6 months. I'm Gutted because they're not cheap to buy and quite frankly I expect more than 2 years from them. They've offered me a 35% discount on a new one but I'm thinking of trying out a Samsung or a Garmin. Really disappointed and will be very sad leaving fitbit but I'm not happy with the life span of their products.
