GPS exercise tracking on Versa 2

Since the update - all it is syncing with my phone, my versa 2 no longer tracks my running route on GPS. Have tried restarting the device and the phone, logging out of the app etc etc

 

i think it is related to the update - anyone else has this issue and found a way to resolve it?

This is happening to me. 

Went for a walk to days ago.... would not connect then it did then stopped. 

Went for a run today... did not track km and the map looks like I went crazy running

Doing this on my on my Ionic since Saturday, still not showing and my Ionic hasn't been updated or the Android app. I was thinking maybe that's why, but I guess not since it's happening for you too.

 

By the way, my bike ride was tracked as it's showing the miles heart rate, speed, etc. Just not showing route and map on the app, does show on website though.
