This is my 3rd Versa in less than a Month.
Each one has experienced a different issue...
Currently the Heart Rate Monitor isn't working. There are no lights of any kind flashing or otherwise on the back of the Versa.
The Versa is also not tracking steps at all.
I have factory reset by using the versa itself and I have hard reset using the buttons.
None of these options have worked.
Again...this is my third Versa this month. Hopefully they will send me a 4th one, as this issue doesn't seem like it is going to resolve itself anytime soon.
Never buying a FitBit product of any kind again. But I'll continue to contact customer support and have them send me replacements. Hopefully the 4th one will work longer than two weeks.

There are not supposed to be any lights on back of Versa when tracker is off.
Is step count really zero on tracker?

Step count got to 197...that was earlier yesterday.
It has stopped counting steps and monitoring heart rate. I have turned the monitor on and off on the app, synced it multiple times, as well as changing the clock face. Everything I could find that others found as work arounds. But, nothing has worked for me.

So step count got to 197 yesterday.
Did it reset to zero at midnight, and is it still showing zero on the tracker, not talking about on phone app?

Negative...it has been stuck at 197 since yesterday, and all day today. 197 Shows on the tracker no matter how many times I reset it.
