Has anyone ordered a rose gold/peach and have it arrive already? I don't know if I should order from Fitbit and have it come April 13-20 or Best Buy and have it come on April 16th... And I really can't wait!

@KidKreole I just ordered from HSN. Praying I get it before Saturday.  I leave for a Cruise Saturday night.

When I ordered they only presented one option, the black. I think they added grey now too. Though I have a couple custom bands coming from Amazon a bit more lively, black with neon green and purple with neon green.

Thanks for the comparison picture. What size is your wrist? The charge 2 was too big for my wrist (the band did not lay flat).

@RMorst; what does your HSN order say for expected ship date? Curious to know if you'll get it sooner by going through them.

@nmo9  It says the 26th. But a guy ordered his on 3/27 and got his yesterday.  His order said the same thing....the 26th.  He's located in Virginia.

Mines arrived yesterday Smiley LOL I initially only charged it to about 95% yesterday afternoon. Coming up on 24 hours and I am at 81% right now. Granted I have not tracked any major activities yet. Going for a long walk on lunch. But at it's current pace, it is shooting for about 5 days of battery life.

@KidKreole only reason I didn't preorder from them is because they didn't have the rose/peach combo or maybe I missed it. Nice!

@RMorst; That sounds promising... Did you cancel your Fitbit.com order, or are you going to wait a few days to see what happens?

 

Either way, I'll keep my fingers crossed that you get your hands on one before your cruise!

The only option when I ordered was the black. Couple of days later they added grey. HSN is really with the times Smiley LOL

Sorry to say this but the pre-order situation seems ridiculous to me. I just don't like these "ships in X-Y weeks" or "sometime in April" statements. Fitbit, come on, you are seriously telling us you don't have a date? Seriously? It would be much easier for me if you said "releases on 1st May" rather than "ships in 2-3 weeks".

 

Not to mention there are people, who had pre-ordered weeks ago on Fitbit.com and received nothing until now. And then there are random people who just ordered somewhere and have already received their Versas.

So I posted on 30/03/18 saying that I had received an email telling me that my Versa had shipped (I'm in the UK). Payment was taken via PayPal on the same day. Have checked the tracking since and it hasn't updated at all so I tweeted to Fitbit UK who messaged me to tell me that it hasn't been shipped at all Smiley Sad

I just got off of "support" with FB
I was told it was another 1-2 weeks, when I ordered on the 13th.  I inquired to why, and what went wrong, and they said they aren't shipping yet...  (which we know isn't true, since some people have theirs)
So I Inquired why people who ordered later are getting theirs, to which they said well some designs are going out sooner.  (I ordered the "Charcoal SE", ..  that is one of the ones shipping)
So I inquired "what went wrong" and then...  nothing.. 

I really wish they would clean up their support, and be honest with us. This obfuscation is beyond frustrating. I know I would be much calmer with an actual date, than this lying, and smoke screens.

I like the FitBit product, but really heavily dislike their support.

The guy on the "support" that I communicated with was pretending that people were not asking, and that no product had gone out yet.  
They can't keep that charade if a FB person gets on here and clarifies their distribution process.
