Has anyone ordered a rose gold/peach and have it arrive already? I don't know if I should order from Fitbit and have it come April 13-20 or Best Buy and have it come on April 16th... And I really can't wait!

@AlessFitbit – are you able to clarify the distribution process? It sounds like a lot of us are getting different answers.

Did you order directly from Fitbit (I am assuming you did). It is seeming like other retailers may be shipping early. I know HSN did with at LEAST one.

Yes I did. I'm just cross that they took my payment, sent me an email to say that had shipped it, I've spent all weekend refreshing the tracking page only to find out they haven't shipped it after all. Smiley Mad

It could be that it was boxed up and a label produced (that alone should trigger most notification systems that shipping has "started"), but it is now sitting in a "waiting room" with other packages waiting to go out at a later date. Hope it does hurry to you.

So the earlier you pre-ordered the earlier it will ship to you. Keep in mind if you paid for expedited shipping, that will also speed up the process.

Ultimately we know they will be in the shops by the 16th, so if they've not shipped to arrive by then we can always cancel our pre-order & buy one in store 😊

Not true cause I Pre-ordered mine on 3-15-18 and have yet to receive an shipped email or the Versa.  I’m frustrate!!!  I am excited about getting it

Are they being sent based on location? Because the UK is already getting theirs shipped out but I ordered mine 3/13 from the US and still haven't gotten my shipping confirmation. So how is it first come, first serve when others are already getting theirs shipped? I ordered mine the day it came out and did overnight shipping.

No one's in the US has shipped out. So maybe its first come first serve in your country?

@AlessFitbitGuys, you have here a very passionate community, members of which are eagerly waiting for your product. We are all hyped, we all believed and pre-ordered that product. And I think we made clear here that we just simply want some kind of tangible information in a "this is how the shipping works" sense (e.g. these countries first, these next etc.). Instead, we are still getting these vague statements.

 

Don't get me wrong, I am hyped, I am excited but I just need clear information, nothing more. So far it is really more like a lottery and frankly raises concerns about the shipping organization...

Has anyone been charged yet for their Versa? They still haven't charged by account. I am also very eager to get my Versa. Really wish there were better answers. Preordered mine on 03/18/2018.

So everyone in the US has this problem (except our lucky two that already have theirs;)). Why hasn't our Versas shipped yet? I ordered mine last Friday so I'm not super worried about it YET but the people who ordered on 3-13-18 should have theirs by today and they say it hasn't even shipped yet. I am seriously considering cancelling my order and order it from another store who guarantees it will ship either on or before the 16th of April because if the people who ordered it before me have this problem, I most likely will too. When did y'all order yours and has it came yet? And to any Mods out there, what's the hold up?

 

If anyone is thinking about cancelling their order and ordering it from somewhere else, I would suggest buying it from Best Buy because if you ordered it now, you would get it on the 16th or before depending on where you live. Just asked someone who worked there.

I ordered in the morning of the 13th. Charcoal SE. (supposedly one of the first to ship...  |-/ )
I tried their customer service, but get ...  Well, I have gotten some vague and conflicting &/or incorrect statements, and then ... nothing.

It hasn't shipped or departed, or anything at this time.
It is a bummer.  Honestly, the biggest bummer is the Fit Bit Customer Support tho. 
They either don't give a rats *bleep*, or, they are being paid to obfuscate. 
Either one is beyond irritating.
Having been a customer since the Charge HR, I think that support is being paid to muddy the waters.

To add to what I mentioned earlier, I can confirm that shipping has begun for EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa). Shipping for U.S. and other North American regions will begin very soon. I will update you all here once shipping has started. Thanks for your patience!
