Has anyone ordered a rose gold/peach and have it arrive already? I don't know if I should order from Fitbit and have it come April 13-20 or Best Buy and have it come on April 16th... And I really can't wait!

I am so mad I just changed my shipping and they are now telling me that it is not shipping for 1-2 weeks that seems like total BS. When I ordered it 3 weeks  ago it said 3-4 weeks so now they are changing it I am not happy with this at all I am tempted to cancel my order.

@A_AVL @Brobay I am talking to a Fitbit agent to see about when my order will arrive and if it doesn't come before the 16th, I'm cancelling and ordering from somewhere else. I am keeping this in mind and I'll never pre-order from Fitbit.

@A_AVL, you're right about the Fitbit support. I  finished talking to someone and I waited 5 minutes thinking I was going to get an actual answer. Nope. What I got was "It will come in 2-3 weeks." Like, thank you soo much! Because I definitely didn't already know that! But he did say my order will arrive in that time frame so I guess that helps...

I, as one of the Mar 13 pre-orderers (so 3weeks waiting today) am happy to see this! This means it’s just around the corner. 👍🏼 and I’m hoping the Versa is a huge hit!

Thank you for giving real information now rather than 'it will ship soon' whitewashing that those higher up the fitbit management chain were telling you to say - it's appreciated.

One question, you say that shipping has begun in here the UK, is that for all colours or is the SE Rose gold/lavender going to be a little longer? I've seen different reports in different stores about the release of this one here, some saying 'sold out', some saying '16th April' & some are now saying 'end of April'

Just wanting to manage my expectations around this accordingly now, rather than be as disappointed as those who pre-ordered the 1st date possible are right now (understandably as I've marked the 3-4 week window given on my calender & would be very disappointed if it didn't arrive by then!)

@RMorst So I called back because I got an email stating that my Fitbit will ship in 1-2 weeks and I  clarified that I ordered on the 15th and that it seems that it looks like a new order now. The lady states that she fixed it and it should now ship this week or next week and to call if shipping does not happen by next Thursday. Let’s hope she is right!! I will never preorder anything again it is just to stressful to wait lol I am not good at waiting which is all me snot anyone else’s fault 😂

I agree, the shipping for the Ionic was the same way.  At total mess, very little information being let out.

I'm really thinking about canceling my order and just waiting until it comes out and get it at best buy...  I ordered on the 13th but have yet to hear anything about shipping.

Just seems like with no definite answer. Most likely to cancel pre order and just get it from third party who guarantees delivered by April 15th date.

@KevinCotter Just cancel your order and pre-order it from Best Buy. If you do, you get it on the 16th or earlier! I live in Texas so it would come on the 16th for me but it might come earlier for you. Just to be safe I would live chat them first. I would do that but I've already waited a week and there's a tiny 0.00000001% chance it might come earlier that I'm not really willing to take but having to do all of that over again makes me cringe.

It's supposed to come somewhere between April 13th-20th (and probably after that because so many people aren't getting theirs yet) and I only waited 5 days already. But if I ordered from another company it's guaranteed to come on April 16th.

I can promise that I will never preorder from fitbit again they really need to get their stuff together. That’s why I love Apple they tell you from the start when you will get it. No it may ship on this day or that day. It almost making me think I should just get a new Apple Watch and not switch back to fitbit.

So if I ordered mine on 3/30/18, I ordered the Black/Black. And when I ordered it said 1-2 weeks. 1 week from the 30th is the 6th, but since I ordered mine later I don’t have a chance at getting it shipped the 6th? Either way I’m excited for the Versa! I’m upgrading from the Charge 2. But I’m becoming impatient and I can’t help but check the forums and my email daily!

It’s too stressful to Pre-Order for sure! I don’t think I’ll do it again. I wish they would have an exact date when yours would come, based on when you ordered it, and which one you ordered

I don't do pre-orders for the same reason: stress. Everytime, once I place the order, my sense of time slows to a crawl. Two weeks can feel like two months!

First time pre ordering and my last. These past 5 days felt like 5 weeks and I'm definitely not preordering from Fitbit ever again either. 2-3 weeks seem like 2-3 months. 5 days down, 17 more to go! I'm constantly checking my email, and refreshing the confirmation page and checking the Versa forum to see if anyone's fitbit came yet!
