Has anyone ordered a rose gold/peach and have it arrive already? I don't know if I should order from Fitbit and have it come April 13-20 or Best Buy and have it come on April 16th... And I really can't wait!

@Brobay so this is what I just got out of someone in the live chat I can’t figure out how to attach the photo I took, but basically they said “as of the moment there has been an update on the information and it appears that the pre-ordered Versa’s will begin shipping on the last weeks of April.” Someone explain to me the reasoning for Pre-order then? They told me it’s mainly to make sure you receive a device, but why pre-order when we have to wait until it comes out in stores?

I recently talked to a Fitbit support agent and was told the Fitbit versa was expected to ship this week. After reading through some posts I was also debating canceling my order and ordering from somewhere else with a firm ship date. But the agent was very confident that shipping should start soon. 

I hope this helps anyone who was debating switching. I am so very impatient and sold my old Fitbit already so the days are crawling by without one! But it should be soon, hang in there!!

@Ksodak97 I think the will be shipped out next week and we will get them the San day the stores do. Maybe a day or 2 before. If the store has it before mine ships I will buy it from the store and cancel with Fitbit.

Exactly. Either way, they should be in stores on the 16th. No point in cancelling the preorder and ordering from another place. If it doesn't ship by the 15th, cancel and buy it at the store. I don't see stores actually selling out. That's dramatic.

I preordered on the 14th and it said that its a 3-4 wk wait. just because the dates have changed on the website, my estimated delivery date didn't change. Its still 3-4wks from my ORDER date.

I'm debating on wether to cancel my order because it's SUPPOSED to come between April 13-20 but other people have said theirs hasn't arrived yet even tho they'd order on the 13th of March. If I cancel the order I'll order from another store which I talked to a person there which said I would get it on the 16th. Should I cancel?

ksodak, The estimate is from your order date. so yes, 1-2 weeks from march 30th would apply as to when yours gets shipped out.

The date from order is not very detailed. According to mine, its says 2-3 weeks. Which is after the release date. Might as well cancel and buy in person if that's what's gonna happen. But as what most of us are saying, we don't have answers to our questions.  I purchased rose gold on 3/18 to Texas.  It still hasn't charged my account.

I think it's unfair how I ordered the same day you did but since I ordered the peach/rose gold I have to wait another week. I should've ordered the black, that was my second pick my friends told me I have too many things in black and 'it looks weird on a girl' but the reason why I went with the peach is because it look so better with my skin colour.

Well, its not really unfair, Sarah. When you ordered, you saw what the shipping estimate was from your order date. The change in dates on the store preorder page is for new orders. Its not adding anymore time onto yours that is already placed.

Btw, If you chose the free shipping option....they use fedex smart post here in the US. The crappiest shipping ever..lol. I sucked it up and expedited the shipping. But I am prepared to call and cancel ( or send it back) and buy from a store if I don't get it by the store release date.

I ordered the grey and silver as well. I find myself checking my order to see if it shipped yet and then checking the website to see when it will ship. I can’t wait. I’ve been waiting for something like this. I’ve been dodging the peer pressure of the Apple Watch because I LOVE the Fitbit app so much. This will be perfect for me!
