Has anyone ordered a rose gold/peach and have it arrive already? I don't know if I should order from Fitbit and have it come April 13-20 or Best Buy and have it come on April 16th... And I really can't wait!

Would you be able to share how well the quick reply to text messages works? Do you get to personalize your own quick replies? If so, is there a limit to how many quick replies you can set? Or a limit on number of characters? Wondering if this feature is enough to convince me to upgrade.. thanks !

I believe that feature will be available sometime in May. So as of now, this isn’t available. But I could be wrong.

The only thing which bothers me is that local retailers (in my country) have had the Versas on stock (in warehouses) since 02.04.2018 but are shipping only after 10.04.2018. So let's see who is faster - Fitbit.com or retailers. 😉

@wizaard can you let me know which stores offer the Versa? I preordered it over Fitbit as well, I needed to get the dongle for initial device setup because I have a P10, hence why I didn't get it off Alza.. I personally don't trust Kasa and I haven't seen any other stores :S

@taijituInteresting, yesterday Alza had it for preorder, today morning they informed me that 02.04.2018 is receiving on stock and shipping on or after 10.04.2018. Now on the product page it says "expected on 09.04.2018". So let's see who is going to be faster... I have now both Fitbit.com and Alza.cz pre-orders in place. On the other hand the truth is Alza has never been very reliable in these topics.

Yeah. I just cancelled it and preordered with best buy. So I will get it in 12 days guaranteed. I didn't like customer service response from fitbit. Not gonna stress over it anymore.

@wizaard well I got an email that my order was shipped today (preordered on FB yesterday evening), however they only shipped the dongle (half of the order?? so inefficient) and the DHL entry doesn't exist lol might as well just wait until I get the watch from Fitbit itself, lowkey hoping they'll send both together.. i only got charged for the dongle so far though 😞 i don't know how good Alza is with preorders,  I just had a negative experience with CZC trying to preorder a keyboard, Alza is reliable as long as they have stock though, just overpriced for nothing

I would recommend talking to a Fitbit support agent to see if they can get you any extra information on when it should ship! They were super helpful answering my questions. This is my 3rd Fitbit I have ordered and once they ship they usually arrive fairly fast!

Just online chatted again with a Fitbit rep.  I'm in the US.  They said 1-2 weeks.  I said I thought when you preorder directly from Fitbit website that you would receive the order before any other store and it seems like Amazon is expected to ship on the 16th.  She said Amazon is an authorized dealer so they do ship the same time as  the Fitbit website does.  So I'm thinking it's not going to be until at least the 16th in the US. *Sigh*

Ok so I am impatiently awaiting the versa. However, I am getting very frustrated now. People keep posting photos of them with the new versa on. I understand that they are in different countries, but it is very frustrating when we all preorder at the same time and they have theirs and we are all still wait to hear anything in the US about shipping. How does this make sense? Someone please tell me. I am at the point where I am ready to throw my hands up in the air and just stay with the AW.

I'm the same, I'm in Ireland though. Have just been on to two different people in customer service, the first said it will ship 2-3 weeks from my order date so should hopefully ship either this week or early next week. The second person said no it was 2-3 weeks from today. Getting very frustrated!!
