Have you received your Versa?

Has anyone ordered a rose gold/peach and have it arrive already? I don't know if I should order from Fitbit and have it come April 13-20 or Best Buy and have it come on April 16th... And I really can't wait!

Releasedate here says 16 april 2018. 

I consider the ones that allready received theirs lucky.

I'll just have patience till the 16th and any earlier is ofcourse always perfect.

I have not been able to order mine yet but after seeing all the posts with people in the US not having them yet, I think I’m just going to wait till the 16th and go to a store so I don’t have to wait for shipping!

@rafomeara I thought that also but it still goes based on your first order I call and freaked out. If you click to check if your order has been shipped it will say ships x amount of weeks from the date you ordered

Yeah thats what I assumed and asked if that was 2-3 weeks from the order date. She said no it was 3-4 weeks from order date and its 2-3 weeks as of today

Or it could be that it has shipped from the Fitbit HQ in the US but the Fitbit HQ in the UK hasn't received it yet.

I’m in the UK and I also received that message on Friday. My lovely shiny Versa arrived today (Wed). Hope yours arrives soon!

This is my order after I updated last night. Customer service seems to have no idea what they’re talking about. Two different people told me two different things. One person said 1 to 2 weeks from last night and the other person said it should ship within this week or next week

Yeah, I don't think any of the 1-2 or 2-3 week info as to when you ordered and when it's going to ship is correct and that's just the standard answer the reps are giving. Just online chatted again with a Fitbit rep.  I'm in the US.  They said 1-2 weeks.  I said I thought when you preorder directly from the Fitbit website that you would receive the order before any other store and it seems like Amazon is expected to ship on the 16th.  She said Amazon is an authorized dealer so they do ship the same time as  the Fitbit website does.  So I'm thinking it's not going to be until at least the 16th in the US. *Sigh*  Super annoying because if I knew they are going to ship the same time Amazon is I would have just ordered through Amazon because I have Prime and I paid Fitbit for expedited shipping through their site.  I guess I can still cancel.  I just think if you order directly through Fitbit those orders should go out first even before authorized dealers.

I’m in the UK. I ordered the charcoal Versa about three weeks ago and received it today. And very nice it is too!

I suppose there's nothing we can do but sit tight and wait for the post man! Maybe wishful thinking but I had hoped ordering it from Fitbit directly would mean we would have it before everyone else.

My shiny new Versa arrived today. It’s the charcoal special edition. I ordered it two weeks ago and didn’t expect it to arrive in the UK so quickly. After three years of wearing various Charge and Charge 2 models I now feel like I’m wearing a watch again rather than a prison tag! Haven’t done many steps today though - too busy working out all the new features!! Hope everyone receives their Versa soon. Happy to answer any questions.,.

@Brobay  yes, it's fairly dark.  It's not silver but it's not solid black.  I'd say it's a slate grey
