Has anyone ordered a rose gold/peach and have it arrive already? I don't know if I should order from Fitbit and have it come April 13-20 or Best Buy and have it come on April 16th... And I really can't wait!

Call me paranoid, but I'm starting to worry that they're only processing everyone's orders so we stop bugging them about shipping dates. I haven't personally seen anyone else get an actual shipping notification, although a lot of orders (including mine) have changed to the "In the process of being shipped" status.

@nmo9 I didn’t think about that! Now im paranoid as well. That would be poor shipping on their part, since they claim we aren’t charged until the item ships.

I spoke to customer service to be told oh the 2/3 is basically a lie it's now 3/4 weeks  THEN they will process for ahippshi which could take 4-5 days after that!!!

I spoke to customer service who told me its 2-3 weeks from my order date so
should be shipped the end of this week or early next week. I upgraded my
shipping then to expedited in the hope it would speed it up and was then
told no its 2-3 weeks from today's date!!!

I would call and reorder right away ( with that 15% discount) cause I see there are people ordering today and getting their orders charged immediately and sent in for processing.

Yeah I was told the same even though I had to ask the question multiple times to the same reply, he eventually said orders should be leaving the warehouse in the next few days. I don't feel like the response of its on preorder is a fair answer really an expected dispatch date shouldn't be to hard to make an educated guess at.

Yes I agree, I spent 20 mins asking the same question different ways in order to get an answer but they couldn't give me a date just a well it should be next week but still not confirming if it will be shipped or process then shipped 5 days later. 

Not good enough from such a large company. I originally was told 2/3 wks ... Frustrating doesn't described it

You probably don't really want to hear from me.... I'm in the UK and I ordered my Charcoal SE on 23rd March and received it yesterday (4th April) - less than two weeks from order to delivery! It's great by the way!  Hope yours arrives soon 🙂

I think it's the fact that so many people have gotten theirs already. And
there is no consistency to it. People that have ordered on the 13th haven't
received it but people that ordered a couple of days ago have

I won’t believe that they got it together until I get a confirmation of shipment email. Too many mods and live chat workers telling us different things.

Live chat with Fitbit CS. I was told since credit card is charged, it is ready to be shipped. I hope that he is right.

Update on my suspicions: someone on Facebook had their status changed to processing & their card charged last night. Then, their FedEx delivery manager showed a label was created by Fitbit early this morning, but like 4 hours later her FedEx now says "Shipment cancelled by seller".

 

No idea why or what that means, but it's making me nervous.

I entered my order number on fedex with my manager thing, and it tells me invalid how did that person view that stuff?

@Ksodak97: You have to sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager. If Fitbit creates a shipping label for your order, you will be able to see it there:

I signed up but haven't seen a label created for my order yet. I was charged last night & I have expedited shipping.

Yeah, I do have fedex manager, just don’t have a tracking number to enter to see, so I’m assuming I don’t have a label for mine either
