Heart Rate not accurate

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Heya, I just joined, a new fitbit user! I am a 46yo active and fit mom.  I just got the versa lite (yaay) and I noticed the heart rate keeps going way off, when I started driving in my car it goes up to 120 BPM, yet my pulse is actually 70 as I take it myself. Then it shows no reading, then back to normal. I have pretty skinny wrists, does this interfere? I got this to track my heart rate and calorie burn during workouts, but if Its not going to be "kinda" accurate, I hate to have it.

@Yvielynn Welcome to our Fitbit Community and congratulations on your new Versa! Regarding the inaccurate heart rate that your Versa is providing, I'd like you to restart it as described in this help article. This will refresh your tracker internally.

Once you've done the restart, please make sure that your Versa is note being worn too tight. Finally, monitor your Versa's heart rate tracking during the next 24 hours and let me know how it goes.

See you later! 😀

Duplicate exersize in fitbit app?

@Yvielynn Thank you for getting back! In order to avoid any confusion on my end, besides the high heart rate that your Versa displays, are your exercises appearing double on your Dashboard?

If this is correct, please make sure that your phone has the most recent app version installed. In the meantime, please provide a screenshot of the page that shows duplicate exercises. You can find the instructions to add a screenshot in this post.

Keep me posted! 😀
