Help button on Windows Fitbit app

Hi,

I am having great trouble giving my daughter my Fitbit versa. I have been told I need to do a USB recovery and I need to click the help button on the dashboard from the windows 10 App. But where is it ??? All help appreciated

You are right. there is no Help button on the Windows 10 App.  The good news is you don't need it anyway.  If you make a final sync of your tracker and then Remove it from your App, it will be ready to give to your daughter and all your data will be preserved.  Your daughter, of course, will have to establish her own account with Fitbit with her own App, etc.
