I’ve got my Versa less than 3 weeks ago. It’s working fine but the screen is broken 2 days ago by accident that caused injury as well. I called the Fitbit support and they told me the warranty doesn't cover damage caused by accidents, which totally understandable. But there is no repair store or anywhere I could replace the screen. It’s ridiculous!
Now how can I repair my watch? There should be a process for this kind of situation. What can I do now?

No Not only does Fitbit replace the screen, they do not supply the screen to external labs that might do the work. There are no substitute replacement screens available. So to the garbage!
i bought a Charge 3. And they have a new model that is waterproof and seems to do what the Charge does for $100 Marilyn

They don't fix them. You have to buy a new one.

I know, I've already figured that out. I bought mine via Amazon and got
the warranty and they fixed mine with no issue and no cost. Of course it
was asurion insurance company that fixed it. Fitbit could give a crap
less. Lol

Same here!
Mine fell off my wrist and the screen has smashed.
Fitbit offered 25% off a new watch?! I don’t need a new watch- I need a replacement screen!
SO disappointed! Now what?!

Apple, Samsung and Garmin screens are of infinitely better quality. Their screens don't break with minimal impact. It's obvious that, given the poor quality of the Versa screen, you should buy something else or if you really want one buy insurance with the Versa. The point, however, it that is a substandard product.
