There is a missed call which I'm sure is spam that won't delete. It shows a weird face in a circle & also a circle with 3 lines. I don't know what they are. How do I get rid of the call,?

To manage notifications:
From the clock, swipe down to see your notifications and tap any notification to expand it. To delete a notification, tap to expand it. Then swipe to the bottom and tap Clear. To delete all notifications at once, swipe to the top of your notifications and tap Clear All.
if that doesn’t work try changing your clock face. If the persist restart your Charge 3 by simply holding down the button on the side of the Charge 3 until you see a smiley face then release the button. Now go back and repeat the instructions on how to delete a notification

Hi @Recarr h can you post a photo of the weird face?
In addition to what @SunsetRunner has suggested have you tried a Shutdown from the watch Settings menu? Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it and sync the watch, it might clear it.
