What finally worked for me was multi-step. First you login to your itunes account, then go to edit and preferences, then the general tab, check the box next to "share itunes library xml with other applications." Then I created a new playlist in itunes and dragged the songs that I wanted to that folder. Then I opened that playlist and selected all the songs and copied them. I opened a folder on my computer that I had set up for that playlist and pasted all the songs into that folder. Then I opened the fitbit app on my PC and clicked on the Versa icon at the top right, it opens a new window. Click on the media icon. Select manage wi-fi networks and make sure you choose the same network that your computer is connected to. Also make sure you turn OFF your wifi and your bluetooth on your phone, that was the only way I could get my fitbit to sync with my computer. Once the pairing between your versa and your PC is established, click on "personal music." Create a new playlist on this screen. Open the folder on your computer that has your playlist songs and select them all and drag them to that new playlist in the fitbit app. It took a few minutes but most of my songs downloaded to the fitbit. There were some songs that downloaded as VLC files instead of mp4 that would not transfer over; I'm still working on that issue, but right now I'm celebrating my victory in getting my pandora stations and most of my music downloaded finally. If I turn the bluetooth on my phone back on my versa disconnects from my PC. So that seemed to be the major piece of the puzzle.
