Today my Fitbit app said I had a firmware update available
I plugged earth into charger snd pressed update
it said it couldn’t connect to wifi snd asked if I wanted to try Bluetooth so I pressed ok
left it in room for 10 mins to do its thing
when I came back to it
it still said update available
when I tried to sync it didn’t sync
tried resyncing a few times ended up restarting watch with button hold then it synced however after it did the update available notification dissapeared
I currently have firmware 35.72.1.9
is this the very latest?
thanks

Similar problem. Was asked for the firmware update, tried via iPhone, but then ever since it’s failed to connect to my Versa 2 via Bluetooth and the Fitbit logo just keeps coming on and going off on my watch.
Appreciate any advice

Hi @Lloyd_d First try removing the device from your Fitbit app and then follow the setup procedure

At the moment the watch is just coming up with the Fitbit logo and Bluetooth can’t find it 🙄
Ive removed it from the app.

Best to restart the phone and then setup the watch.

The phones fine, it’s the watch that seems to just keep trying to reboot itself. 🤷:male_sign:

Did you restart the watch? Press the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates.

It won’t vibrate.....
Will try getting in touch with Fitbit direct or try the guarantee through John Lewis (where I bought it).

Thanks for troubleshooting, if it won't restart when holding the button for at least 10 seconds, try a factory reset.
If that fails it will need replacing.
