I have an unlock with your phone message on my Fitbit watch. How do I do this?

Go to fitbit app and open settings of your watch on there. its that where you have sync now button. Now click on device lock and click reset pin. Now enter pin that you will use. Then enter it again and youre good to go.

Have you tried what @janps has recommended?

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they've already assisted you. If the steps that our team has provided did not work, please feel free to contact them back for further assistance. Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly.
