I’m not sure what steps you have already taken so I apologize if they are steps you have already tried. It seems you want to update your email address associated with your account. Here’s how:
Tap the Dashboard button at the top of your screen and then tap the small gear wheel on the upper right of your screen. Next select settings in the drop down menu then tap personal information. In the personal information section (just under your profile picture) is the option to change your email address. Once you do so scroll to the bottom of the page and select submit.
While your still on this page let’s address the Weekly summary reports you want. Look to the left of your screen and select notifications. Find weekly summary reports in the list and ensure the box is enabled. If it’s not enabled the box and scroll down and tap submit.
If you like you can update your new email in the Fitbit app. Open the Fitbit App, tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap Account Settings. Now tap Change email. Make the changes you want here.
You can also request your weekly summary option in the Fitbit App as well. Open the Fitbit App, tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap notifications. Scroll down to email notifications and look for and enable Weekly summary report.
Please remember to sync your Versa 2 after your done so that your Versa 2 will accept any changes you might have made.
