I have tried everything - even stopped all notifications - my versalite just constantly freezes - I am just so annoyed with the service - or should say - lack of service / response that Fitbit provides....

I don't know about being "officially compatible"  but my S10 has worked with my versa since I got it with no issues!

everything works except for not receiving my texts

I have the s10+ and was using the Samsung messaging.  Was unable to receive texts on my versa 2. Last night I decide to switch to Verizon messaging and now am able to receive texts. So my advice to everyone who is having problems with text messages, is to switch to your carrier's messaging and see if that works.

Hello , i can also say, if u download the "Google message" app, all works
fine. Regardless, i have decided to return my Fitbit due to lack of
support, false advertisements, lack of quality and **ahem**ty automated reply
from Fitbit.
Tomorrow im getting my 💥💥SAMSUNG ACTIVE 2 UNDER ARMOUR EDITION 💥💥. you
can also finance the watch so u dont feel the immediate hit. I recommend
that watch x100 over Fitbit.

trying out the google messages app now however I find whichever app I use it works for a while after rebooting the S10+, then just stops notifying me or does so randomly. This includes email and sms.

It's March 2020.....NOTHING IS WORKING EXCEPT EMAILS, NOTICES OF CALLS.   The most important to me:  TEXTS!!! ARE NOT WORKING WITH MY S10+!  

This worked fine with my old S7.... and I could even reply with a quick set answer.  I WANT this back A.S.A.P!

OR I will be looking to buy another smart watch from another source... after I pay off this S10+ that I love!

we're all still waiting on this update. My versa use to work 50% of the time. Now phone won't even find it

My Versa 2 started working very well after switching to Messages app by google for texting. Had tried several others first with no luck. Give it a try.
