I need to return my Versa due to it not working at all. According to the return page I need my order number which I don’t have since I bought the Versa a year ago when it was first released. I’ve searched the web site looking for a number to call customer service or an email address but can’t find any way to contact them. Can anyone help me find where to look for my order number or how to contact support?

You can contact customer support using email, phone, web chat etc via contact.fitbit.com
Note that the phone and web chat options will only be listed if there is someone available at that time. If they're not there then try a little later.

Hi I have been trying, many many times to contact support but nothing is working for the last 3 days!!!!!
Its absolutely ridiculous and shocking support service from Fitbit. I need return my fitbit and cant find how to do t, been or the warranty page and cant find anything other than their warranty information? Sooo frustrating!!
