How to fix Versa 2 syncing issue - Low power mode

I have NOT read all the solutions to sync problems/slowness (which seem to boil down to "restarts" to fix) but I think I MAY HAVE hit on a easy fix solution.  Seems when I try to sync after a long walk (1-2-3 hours) my phone (iPhone 6s) app can't sync readily.  MAYBE because I've gone into "low power mode" on my phone??? This morning (11/30/2020) came home with iPhone in low power mode, recharging, hit/pulled-for sync on Fitbit app and it wouldn't do it; and/or was in that "it's taking a while..sit tight.." mode on the app.

Finally I tried moving the phone out of low power mode and then re-tried syncing - No Problem!
