Is there a way to get an immediate firmware update prompt without doing factory reset?
I tried removing the watch from the app and setting it up again but I don't get a tracker update prompt and can't load the clock I want.

I would contact fitbit, I would think they could release it to you.

Thanks, that's the version I'm trying to get to, but how do you do that without a factory reset?
Is there another way to get the tracker update prompt in the apptapp be able start a firmware upgrade?
Is there a link which can be used to get the latest version (like downloading a clock or app)?

Hi, Its an issue which I don't think is sortable by the user and it seems only Fitbit support can help you out.
It would be nice if Fitbit offered a user solution to this issue.
Good luck, I'm sure they will fix your watch in the meantime
Regards
