Although the Versa has the SPO2 sensor, it is not yet currently used and we are waiting for fitbit to let us know when it will be used.

Thank you very much Steve. Hope they get it working soon.

I understood the Versa 2 Spo2 sensor was active, and it's data used as part of the sleep score calculation.

I hadn't heard that the sensor was now active. Are you sure it is?

@EdS2 was supposed to be but something went probably wrong and it never happened. It is possible the SpO2 sensor was used only during sleep score closed beta, at least according to some users reporting red leds working. Current sleep score doesn't use SpO2.

My versa has it red leds on when I take it off in the morning. Are you sure it isn't used for sleep score?

I think there may be some confusion between "active" and "used". My understanding is that the SPO2 sensor (the red light) is enabled and, presumably, being accessed by fitbit but that it is not yet used for anything that we, as users, can see.

Actually I'm not even sure the red light is for SpO2 sensor. I might have read somewhere that the red light is just to brighten the area so the green sensor can read better. I could be easily wrong although.
