I have had a Charge 2 for quite a while and never had any issues. I just bought a new Versa and it has frequent Bluetooth connection issues. I have tried all the tips on the "can't Sync" page... re-starting bluetooth on the phone, removing and re loading the Versa, having the versa set for "All Day Sync" and "Always Connected" in the Fitbit app. I get frequent (20+ times a day) messages saying there was a sync error, try again... or a message from the phone saying there was a Bluetooth connection error.
The only thing I have found that will temporarily solve the issue is to re-start the Versa. (Bottom right and back button hold).
That would indicate to me that the issue is with the Versa's Bluetooth.
I really like the Versa other than this issue... it is bright enough to read in the sunlight... battery so far is at 20% after the initial charge 86 hours ago... yes, 3 1/2 days so far.
BUT... if the Bluetooth issues continue, I will go back to using my Charge 2.
Anyone have any similar behavior that causes sync issues?? any fixes? A firmware update maybe?
