Incomplete syncing regarding Versa 2 with Galaxy S8 phone

I have a problem with incomplete syncing of the Versa 2 with my Galaxy S8 .  This only started month ago.   This watch isn't  a year old yet. There were no problems previously.

Hi @Yankie57  - not sure how you know it's incomplete syncing but restarting the watch and logging out of the Fitbit App, swiping off the active window and in Android clearing the storage cache and force stopping it and the restarting the phone can help.

 

In the case some information is missing, after you login to the Fitbit App, click Edit, with the green popup, and this allows you to put back or move any missing goals or tiles, then click Done and sync.
