Incorrect weight log from Fitbit Versa 2

When trying to log my daily weight in the Fitbit Today app on my watch, if I put in 164.1, I'll see 361.7 logged in my account. This error has forced me to disregard this feature entirely, and I am considering throwing the device away altogether. It's very demotivating to see such a large incorrect gain

I have a motorola phone, and there are almost NO motorola phones on the supported list, despite there being 10-15 models in the Moto G range being sold. Telling people to 'buy a compatible phone' is just a get out. And one poster on here says they have a compatible phone, and it STILL doesn't work.
Come on, Fitbit, acknowledge the problem and address it, please

Go into your profile on fitbit.com log in click weight and change it then submit it then go to your app on your phone go into your profile click on set a weight goal put it in the sync your phone and versa  log off app then reload put your password in then it should change you can also change from kilo to pounds
