Issues with GPS tracking and app crash on Samsung S8

Working fine on my iphone and now i have this s8 it will not track and the app crashes when i go in to it! Very suprised as i was told fitbit worked better on samsung. How can i correct this?

I no longer use the iphone and need it to work on my S8
