My Fitbit Versa receives text messages, but does not allow me to send responses. I have tried everything. It allows me to see the notification but I can't respond. Help me please.

What phone do you have @jaerich611 ?

Do you have the option to respond through the tracker? If so, what error message do you receive?

If you do not see the option, do you have an iOS device, if so as your user manual, and box, points out you will not be able to respond. Apple knows better than their users and will not allow any third party from responding.

Same here.  I was using Chomp SMS for text messaging and there was no option to reply to text messages on my Versa 2.  I saw somewhere that someone had the same problem with Chomp.  I switched back to my stock messaging app and that fixed the problem.
