I got a Versa lite a couple of days ago and it's running on an old firmware but there's no option anywhere to update it. I've tried EVERYTHING! Please help!

Hello @ylracb and welcome to the Help forums. It's fairly common for a device to have a firmware update between the time it was manufactured and when you bought it. Most users get an update notice within 24-48 hours of setting it up. Fitbit rolls out firmware updates on a progressive basis to all users who need one. Unfortunately, there is no way to force an update. If you don't get an update in another day or two, contact Support.
