I have been trying to install the update on my Versa Lite for almost a full 24 hours... it gets about 70-75% complete then fails... starts over makes it to maybe 50% and starts again. I have turned bluetooth on and off, tried wireless and LTE, turned everything off and back on... I cannot get anything to work. HELP!

side note- my Fitbit is completely useless until the update is installed....

I am having same problem.  It won't let me use it and it won't finish the update even overnight, side by side, both plugged in.    Someone help please!

the trick was i had to have it connected to my computer and updated using my phone. doing that it only took maybe 30 minutes and i have not had any issues since! good luck!
