Leaderboard App loading error - RESOLVED!

My leaderboard app on my versa watch will not load. I have tried logging out of the app on my phone. Then restarting my phone, and finally restarting my Fitbit. I also checked all updates for my phone and Fitbit, everything is up to date.

This issue has now been resolved with the latest version of the Leaderboard app. Please update the watch app in the Fitbit mobile app.

Hi, just installed the Leaderboard app on my Versa, went to it , pressed it and it loaded all my friends without any problems. What you can try is:

1. Deinstall Leaderboard form within the Fitbit app

2. Restart you phone

3. Restart you Versa 4-5 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons

4. Go to the Fitbit app and install Leaderboard again and enable all items it asks for.

5. Restart your Versa one more time, go to the app and press it. This should have to do the trick. Good luck!!

Hi all I have a versa purchased the 03-04-19.

Recently downloaded lots of apps which seem to all be fine but when using the leaderboard app it gets stuck on the loading screen.  

I have tried absolutely everything with it and it just wont budge. 

I have rest my phone and fitbit several times. Reinstalled and uninstalled.. turnt bluetooth on and off.. unpaired my watch.

2 family members have the same watch as me and there leaderboards works absolutely fine. I think it may be a hardware issue and not an app one..

Will fitbit send me a replacement?

Leaderboard stopped updating yesterday so I unstalled and reinstalled.  Been showing LOADING for 20 minutes.  Tried restarted phone and fitbit along with restalling app.  Still shows loading...

Iv sent two emails to the developer and they just dont reply...

 

I think we are just gonna stay at a dead end on this app 👎

I am having the exact same issue and I am supposed to be part of a work waking challenge next week and I won’t be able view my standings!  It crapped out earlier this week but just had today during the hurricane to try and trouble shoot it.  Nothing works.  Just have “Loading....” when I open the app in my phone.  This is one of the features I use on my versa frequently!

Hi, did you already update to the newest version of the Fitbit app? If not, do so. Unfortunately you will then encounter other problems, like syncing. The dashboard is completely new and IMHO not so user friendly as it was before, but maybe it will solve your problem.

Yea latest versions and checked fitbit connect to make sure firmware is up to date. No joy

Hey thanks for that, wow what a pain. I'll take a look properly after work. It's only this add on app I have problems with though, (leaderboard), everything else is syncing just fine
