@Millyha - try logout of the Fitbit App on your phone and restart the phone.

 

If you have an Android phone also clear the storage cache and force stop it before restarting the phone.

@Millyha- check for phone blocking software on the phone and try also over mobile data and wifi separately. See link No internet connection

I’ve read that multiple individuals are having issues with live chat recently. It’s possible the site is down. If you still need help with your Fitbit you can call them directly if you want. 

USA: call (877) 623-4997
UK: call 0800 069 8505
INDIA: call 000 800 050 1057
IRELAND: call 01 691 7502 (country prefix: +353)

 

I don’t work for Fitbit but if you call them directly. You can discuss your inability to get Live Chat working for you.

 

Have you considered posting the issue your having in the correct forum here in the Fitbit Community? It’s quite possible someone here might be able to assist you and get you up and running again.

Where are you contacting us from? Please make sure that your country is selected at the button of the Fitbit page. There are some countries that only have chat availability during certain hours of the day.
