After so many issues with my Fitbit not recording distance correctly, and recent issues with Versa not being detected by bluetooth, the customer service agent suggested and stepped me through a factory reset. He never warned me that I would lose my favorite clock face. After reset, the clock face was not in the section of saved faces in the Fitbit app, and I cannot find it in the gallery. There is nothing similar or as good. It was a free app with black background, all stats at top in different colors, large overlapping digital time display in the center. Heart rate in lower left corner. Perfect, without all the unimportant garbage that most of the faces available now have.
Does anyone know if they cycle old faces through the gallery or if there is a way I can get my old face back? Terribly disappointed.
