Just to start off I want to say that I will be returning my Fit Bit. This is literally the second feature listed on the front of the box:
"Store and Play Music"
I have a plethora of Bluetooth audio devices and about half will not even connect (mostly cheapy speakers) the other half sound like the music is being played from a garbage disposal.
Do not patronize me with a candid community response about how you are working on this or that I need to perform some kind of reset of the device to fix this. All information has been consumed/tried and you obviously have a flaw in your ability to pair with Bluetooth devices and play stored music from the the Versa 2.
It is hardware or you would have pushed a fix by now. (this has been reported since the products release)
Unrelated to this core function of your device not working out of the box, the entire experience of setting this device up, pairing it, and transferring my music to it is an absolute dumpster fire that would have been caught with even the most basic testing procedures.
You as a company have yet to acknowledge publicly a list of compatible devices or even why this is occurring.
It is not a corner case thing, your device music storage and bluetooth audio support seems like an afterthought at best.
So let me boil this down to two basic questions:
1. What devices did you officially test Bluetooth audio on ? (a complete list not a version number or SDK kit)
2. What is your explanation for the 2-3 Megabit per second transfer speed of loading music files onto this device?

@TheLamer It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!
Sorry for the delay in my reply and for the experience you have had regarding the Versa 2 bluetooth connectivity. At this time we don't have an official list of compatible bluetooth headphones nor the data transfer rate to the Versa 2. If you wish you can share your idea about having an official list in our Feature Suggestions board. Search for the idea first to see if one already exist so you can add your vote. The more votes an idea gets the more likely the developers will try to implement it.
I'll be around.
