Hi @JSC68 Im a bit confused here. Is your Fitbit lost? Are you having trouble syncing? You say you have started everything - what does this mean?
If it is syncing problems (Im guessing here!) What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List? Try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing problems.

Best AnswerLosted connection with it completely . I've restarted phone, Fitbit and reset factory restore and nothing . My phone Samsung A8 2018 finds it eventually and then the Fitbit won't set up or connect to Wifi it's driving me crazy
