My phone can't even connect to my Fitbit versa that I've had nearly a week started everything

Hi @JSC68 Im a bit confused here. Is your Fitbit lost? Are you having trouble syncing? You say you have started everything - what does this mean? 

If it is syncing problems (Im guessing here!) What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List? Try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing problems.

Losted connection with it completely  . I've restarted phone, Fitbit and reset factory restore and nothing . My phone Samsung A8 2018 finds it eventually and then the Fitbit won't set up or connect to Wifi it's driving me crazy

Unfortunately that phone is not on the Supported Devices List. All you can do is try the suggestions in THIS Help Arti le on Set Up Issues

Woops - you are right! Sorry, I must have missed it the first time I looked. In that case is should work. Try all the suggestions in the Help Article and if you continue to have problems please co,e back here.

Started working again after I had to install an update which took about 3hrs . We'll see how long it will last
