Thank you for your inquiry. This information should be provided by Support as they know where do you need to send the device to. Please reply to support to request this information. Usually they provide an RMA that contains this information and you only need to print and past this information on the package.

I truly enjoyed my Fitbit. But the band broke after about 6 months with no way to repair. There is absolutely no way to get address to send back. I don’t want refund or fuss with them. I just want them to have the **ahem** thing and figure out how to avoid this...But no way to deal with them..
