Miles not counting correctly after MFP issues

Tonight myfitness pal is syncing again with my Fitbit versa, however now I noticed my miles are off.  I am at almost 11,000 steps and it has me at 3.8 miles.  I went back and found similar step days and they were all about 4.5 miles.  I have not changed any settings nor ever entered my own stride length. 🤔

@StaceyKent Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry for the delay in my reply. 

 

Let me help you with your distance. I would like to know if you are seeing the same distance on your Fitbit account also or only on MFP? Could you share a screenshot of this data? If you are still having issues with the distance you can follow these steps to calculate your stride length and enter it on your Fitbit settings.
