My sister and I went on a hike together today. She has a blaze and I have the versa. We both tracked from the iPhone app. At the end my tracking said close to 5 miles and hers wasn’t even 3 miles. Any idea why such a difference?

A warm welcome to the Community @Susiea1.
Keep in mind that Fitbit trackers estimate your information based on your height, weight, age and gender. You and your sister don't have the same information, so the date registered with your Fitbit may vary.
Now, if you think that your Versa isn't being accurate, I recommend updating your stride length information and then test your watch. You can also take a look at the help article How accurate are Fitbit devices?.
Let me know the outcome. ![]()

I’m having the same issue. I just started using my versa and the miles are recording differently than my charge 2. I’ve walked 7 miles on my treadmill today and my versa is only registering 4 miles. The charge 2 has 7 which makes me think it’s a problem with the versa.
