I have a Versa 3 that has worked perfectly fine for the last 2.5 years.
I just returned from a run this evening and after syncing I went to check the stats only to find all of it missing and it just shows the exercise type & duration now.
I checked previous runs and all info was there up until about two weeks ago, after some messing around now even the previous ones have disappeared.
The data used to show a GPS tracked map, splits and times etc, now there's nothing.
I have tried stuff mentioned in previous threads like, rebooting phone, redownload app, turn off/on Bluetooth but to no avail.
There's also no dashboard available online to check anymore.
Can anyone advise?

Apparently, Google discontinued production of Versa and Sense products last month. TechRadar confirmed this with Google on 19 Aug.
Quote “The Fitbit brand isn’t dead, but Fitbit, as people knew it before Google’s acquisition, is no more.”

I had no idea. Just looked at my history. I walk and bike about daily. Weights every third day. July and August show 6 days and June 0.wow, is this all permanently deleted?

I called Fitbit yesterday. They said they are aware of the problem and working on it but would not give a completion date. They said my data is still there and still being recorded (She read off my last few workouts). I expressed my frustration with having an activity tracker that does not track activity but I don't think that helped. She said to continue to look for updates to the app and load it when it comes through.

They told me the same thing. Working on it and historical data isn't lost. I think it's odd there's no sticky on the forums acknowledging the issue.

Having the same issue as everyone above.. and someone having a Fitbit for 12+ years this is unacceptable as a fit tracking device.
I wanted to stay with them but it's making me highly consider switching devices and boycotting Fitbit. They have taken away community challenges which I enjoyed doing with friends. They aren't fixing problems in a timely manner and it's frustrating.

Did app update 4.26 solve this problem for you?
Mine still the same…
Fitbit Google programmers/engineers are very poor.

I am still having issues with my exercise not being logged. I have disconnected the watch and deleted the app. Reinstalled the app and reconnected the watch and still no exercises are logged. I hope they fix it soon

I have the Google pixel watch that syncs to Fitbit on my Google pixel phone (I sync it almost hourly)... Last night had a mental breakdown when I saw my daily exercise from the past four months was missing... I worked out every single day but it only shows 8-13 days per month... Tried logging out, uninstalling app, shutting off watch and phone for an hour, then setting things back up but nothing worked. I'm over it now. I know I worked out hard and I'm healthy, it was just nice to have a record of it in the app - hope it comes back soon.

I have missing exercise data as well. The reason I have stayed with firbit is my 9 years of historical data.

My reply saying I had gone to a different device because I was fed up of the lack of support and loss of data was deleted as ‘off topic’.

I hope support isn't just telling us what we want to hear, but how can all that data be gone, but it's not really gone, it'll be back?

The issue seems to be with the app that is the interface to the data (which will be on a server). The question is, is data being generated while the app is faulty being stored? It may be - but some communication should be provided instead of the pretence that this is not a problem affecting other than odd ndividuals.
Moderators are clearly reading these posts - and deleting some. Why are they hiding?

So out of curiosity, I just checked this Month. The 15th vanished in front of my face. Otherwise the 4th through the 15th are all gone. 0 exercise.
@NeilTB My daily exercise seems to sync. Right now the app is showing everything for this week. So it's syncing and will be gone later?
I would think there's some hope that it's at least going to the server still? But remains to be seen if the missing gets recovered.

My activity still not shown. Getting extremely frustrated and annoyed by the lack care given by Fitbit/Google.
No updates on the app.
Enough is enough, there should be a fix by now. This is ridiculous!!!

I’ve stopped using the device after three weeks of no data. So no, not showing any records for me.

I love Fitbit and I've loved wearing one for nine years but this is ridiculous. I didn't jump ship when everyone got upset with the big changes a while back. Thinking back, that was nothing compared to no longer displaying fitness activity - on a FITNESS tracker!

Has anyone got any good recommendations for a different brand that does not cost to much. Seeing as a lot of us have spent over £100 on a device that no longer works it’s an expensive change
