I have a Versa 3 that has worked perfectly fine for the last 2.5 years.
I just returned from a run this evening and after syncing I went to check the stats only to find all of it missing and it just shows the exercise type & duration now.
I checked previous runs and all info was there up until about two weeks ago, after some messing around now even the previous ones have disappeared.
The data used to show a GPS tracked map, splits and times etc, now there's nothing.
I have tried stuff mentioned in previous threads like, rebooting phone, redownload app, turn off/on Bluetooth but to no avail.
There's also no dashboard available online to check anymore.
Can anyone advise?

@Angelux666 you're not able to look at your history and see for yourself?

No, it hasn't been fixed. For me, the older data isn't recorded correctly throughout the month(s). The exercise shows up at the first part of the month versus being spread out appropriately throughout the month. Very discouraging considering the data was all there in the past and was showing on the correct days.

Hi, this issue persists.

My exercise data is recording again today and incidentally my heart monitor is recording properly too as my heart rate measurements have been WAY off for weeks.
All my historic exercise data hasn't reappeared yet though.

Mine never stopped recording. It's just history disappears.

I've got sporadic exercise days in August showing but nothing prior or after that. My watch and app are working magnificently today, not sure how long that will last.

Hi Maria,
I've just been running, I started the activity on the versa 3 bracelet as usual. Now that I've synchronized it with the app, the map with the GPS route doesn't appear. I saw your reply and updated the app, but it didn't solve the problem. How can I solve it? Thank you.

I literally ordered a new watch from a different brand while on the phone with Fitbit because ever since I’ve had the watch it never works and customer service can’t or won’t do anything. I was having a problem with it not giving me an accurate time for my jogs and they told me to get a stopwatch because they were aware of this but weren’t going to fix it. Today it’s not tracking mileage and it’s always something like that not working . So I am done. It’s not worth buying the more expensive products anymore because they break. I’ve found buying cheap ones often work better and if they don’t at least you didn’t spend a lot of money on it.

It's such a shame. I'm at nine years and I shy away from change; however, a fitness tracker that *doesn't* track fitness - and USED to track fitness - just isn't acceptable.

@MarreFitbit, hi, the problem has yet to be solved. Please uncheck the "Answered" box for this thread, and reopen the case.

This doesn't work for me. It's the app version itself. The old version on my old phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 8 😎) continues to log all my exercise correctly. On my new Google Pixel 9 Pro, random exercise dates disappear. At first, I thought it was due to my GPS not logging, but if it shows up still on my old phone ( first image, and the phone stays at home since it doesn't have service), there is absolutely something glitchy with the current app. The second image is from my current phone. Why is the 10th to the 13th missing? It wasn't the same location or activity.

Interesting. My exercise is only being recorded on a Monday since August, I have just realised. Aside from a few sporadic days. Yes definitely a glitch in the last update. My app was working fine till around the end of August when presumably when the latest update reached me.

Hi, @MarreFitbit. This issue IS NOT resolved. I did exactly what you said and still cannot get my historical Exercise data to load under normal circumstances. I can get it to load if I enable data to show from both Fitbit AND Health Connect, but I only have Fitbit syncing to Health Connect, so I'm not sure why that allows me to see my data but just Fitbit doesn't?
Without Health Connect:
With Health Connect:
You may say, "well, issue fixed! Just show data from Health Connect and you're good!" Except that's not a good solution because for some reason when I enable Health Connect, my step count, distance, and calories burned changes (and also lacks the ability to sort by time, distance, duration, etc.)!
Without Health Connect:
With Health Connect:
I'll reiterate this: Fitbit is the only data I have syncing to Health Connect. I have no other apps or trackers that would be syncing data with Health Connect and I am not using my phone to track activities. I know there have been so many issues with steps not syncing between Watches and the Fitbit app, so maybe this is part of it? But I'd think if Health Connect is receiving data only from Fitbit, then the data that shows in the Fitbit app SHOULD match when Health Connect data is synced!
I don't know what's going on over at Google, but there are a ton of bugs within the last month or so and they aren't just minor inconveniences. This has become incredibly frustrating to deal with and makes me want to ditch Fitbit since I first joined in 2016.

The app has finally been tracking my exercise sessions/walks all week AND heart rate during exercise is measuring far more accurately after weeks (155bpm during a workout instead of 98) !! That's great so far 😀
However, 90% of historical exercise data hasn't returned. A pain in the bum. I don't suppose we'll get that back, those of us who've lost it.

Yep. I spoke with Fitbit through X/Twitter and they confirmed that 4.27 was supposed to fix this issue but it didn't and they're still working on it. It's incredible how a company as massive as Google continues to fumble this issue.

Contradict themselves. They said it's fixed for some not all and went onto say it'll be fixed by the end of the month (September) but could take longer.
I'm of the understanding Google acquired fit bit? The saying is if it's not broke don't fix it

Not for me. Most of my data is still missing from August-this week. What's weird is if I put in a fake workout, all of the other ones that I actually did on those missing days populate.

It's now 10/18 and I am still seeing this issue persist. Tried force quitting and restarting but no solution. I seem to have lost most of my workout history for this month. Is anyone still looking at this?
