Motorola One Power compatibility with Fitbit Versa

Hey! I was planning to buy Fitbit Versa but I didn't see my device i.e. Motorola One Power listed as a compatible device. So I'm in a fix whether to go for it or not. If it's not compatible, what compromises do I exactly have to make? Is it worth it?

@Shreyas13 Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Thank you for your inquiry. Your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. Still you could try the Versa and see how it works for you. Many stores have a return policy or you could purchase it from the Fitbit store that gives your 45 days to return the device.

Let me know how it goes.

I bought a Fitbit Sense and it won't connect to my new Motorola one phone. Really frustrating!!! Now I'm just hoping the shop will let me return it even though the  box has been opened.

@Supermor I hope you're doing well.

Sorry to hear about this. Have you tried any troubleshoots? You can try the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  5. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.
