Multiple problems with Versa Lite

My Versa lite isn’t working. My first problem is with the screen. There is a circle of light in the background of every page you swipe too. This light dilutes the colour of the watch face and apps. My second problem is that my watch is swiping to pages on its own and opening up apps. This makes it difficult for me to swipe the watch myself. It freezes between pages. The back button closes an app, the watch just reopens it. I contacted customer support via chat and was told that there is an update for my watches firmware. Before that they got me to restart my watch. It didn’t help my problems. I was then told to factory reset my watch.  Once I did this, I have attempted multiple times to setup up my device to be only prompt through until my watch restarts itself during the update then I get an update error message on my phone. I have read the other feeds with having trouble with latest update.. Do you think by factory resetting it turned my watch into a brick. This watch has been used for 3 months. Could this be water damage?? I used it for excerise and working. I do get it wet, when I get it wet I dry it off completely. which is why I bought a water resistant watch.. I’m pretty disappointed that it didn’t last long as I expected.

Hi @garricksva It doesnt sound very well! Id suggest you contact Support again. If it is still covered by the warranty then it will probably be replaced.
