I am trying to control music on my iPhone 8 using My Versa 2.  It tells me to “pair your phone in your Settings app under Bluetooth’ but my Versa 2 is already connected and is shown as such in the phone’s Bluetooth.  All functions of the fitbit app: syncs, clockfaces etc are OK.  I have tried ON, OFF and PAIR settings on the Versa 2 ‘Restore Music Controls’ but it still says pair phone.  Can anyone help

me to get my Versa 2 to control my iPhone music please?

Have you tried to pair the Versa 2 classic? That is what the restore music controls.
