My Versa 2 doesn't show SpO2 graph

Hi! Have the Versa 2. Have version 35.71.6.19. Have done all the updates I could, have reset, refreshed, rebooted tried everything and I do not see a graph on my dashboard for EOV under the sleep section. I put the clock face one for it, just had the dashes for the percent and no graph showing up. What can I do to be able to see the oxygen saturation? Am I missing a step?

The Health Metrics tile is available with Fitbit Sense and Fitbit Versa 3. For the Fitbit Versa 2, a Fitbit Premium subscription is required to see health metrics data. Your Versa 2 will show you the SpO2 for the day, however to see historical data in the Fitbit app it is necessary upgrading to Fitbit Premium.

Currently, the latest firmware version for the Fitbit Versa 2 is 35.72.1.9. Whether you have a different version, you'll receive a notification over the next days to update. For more information, please visit this post.

The health metrics is not a separate app but a tile in the Fitbit app.

@Tracy7873, you have probably acquired the Free Trial of Fitbit Premium. To see a list of your Fitbit Premium active subscriptions please visit this article, open the menu "How do I manage or cancel my Fitbit Premium subscription?" and follow the instructions.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @mandsplusfour.

Thank you for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue with your Fitbit Versa 2 before contacting us.

There are some factors that can affect Blood Oxygen Saturation readings. In this case I would recommend visiting this article, open the menu "Why didn’t I receive SpO2 data?" and follow the instructions.

I can use the clock face and see the SpO2 level on that sometimes - I am a very restless sleeper. But I do not get a graph on with my sleep data on my dashboard still. I don’t know how to fix that?

Set your bedtime in the app and wake up time 5mins before bed time choose the spo face on the app and that should work it doesn't give spo levels until wake up time and they should transfer to ur app that's way mine works

I can see the SpO2 on the watch. It shows up in the morning. I do not have anything for it to transfer to in my app. In my app there is no EOV graph in the sleep section. That’s what I’m trying to find out how to get. How do I get the EOV graph in my app?

Estimated Oxygen Variation was released to all users with watches having SpO2 sensors without any need for the SpO2 clock face a while back.

However there are conditions, such as a good night's sleep for it to register, so it may not always register, as mentioned by @EdsonFitbit

@mandsplusfourIt seems the only thing the watch SpO2 face does is give you a calculated percentage of the night which cannot currently be found in the app, unless, perhaps, it is shown for premium users.

Your version 35.71.6.19 is not the latest, there is a new one out, which will arrive sometime. Its not changing the SpO2 issue.

Are you sure ?

Curious as this is the last official announcement found on the matter which says otherwise, except for Versa 3 and Sense.

Did something change that wasn't announced, its not on my wife's Versa 2 and she would like Health Metrics, where does one find it?

I have the app and the SpO2 clock face works at night for that.

I do not have the health metrics on my Fitbit app either.
Do you mean the health metrics is a separate app?
And I do understand the clock only works if it’s an uninterrupted 3 hour solid sleep. I just wanted to see the graph as well to see how the EOV trends.

@mandsplusfourHeath Metrics is an additional tile, not an app. Good to know you don't have it either.

Can you please check in the Today [main view] of Fitbit app if you click Edit and scroll to the bottom and see if there is a Health Metrics tile to add.

Am still investigating what @Tracy7873 says.

No health metrics tile available for me. Am guessing it’s for premium only? Sone people say they are not premium and have it.

Also, what is the current version for Versa 2 now if 35.71.6.19 is not the latest? I have tried the reset and all that to see if I could download a more current version, but this is all that is available to me.

@mandsplusfourYou have to wait for the next version to be delivered to you. It has some problems so better to wait.

Its silly there is a check for update button in Help & support but it does nothing.
