Hi I have a Versa 2 and have downloaded the spo2 clock face and every time I want to see the bar graph to see my results it keeps saying download clock face on health matrics.
I have removed everything all together such as the app and the clock face about 10 times now and still not working.
Even removed the face altogether and pressed download clock face through health matrics and still not working properly keeps saying download clock face.
Any help would be most grateful.

Our team has just released a new Fitbit app version 3.41 for iOS and Android devices. I would recommend updating your app by following the instructions in this article.> How do I update the Fitbit app?.

My Versa 2 spo2 sometimes works sometimes it doesnt, was working fine then stopped and getting message couldn't read sp02 could anybody help please
